Improvements to Holocentric Connect and Modelpedia
With the successful release of Holocentric Connect 4.9.0 and 4.9.1, we have implemented several improvements based on customer feedback. The latest releases include improved viewing of process maps in the Web App, enhanced usability and scalability when generating and downloading reports, and fixes to issues that were reported by our customers. Upcoming Features in Holocentric Connect
We are excited to announce the upcoming major release of Holocentric Connect, planned for May 2023. This release includes several new web-based features, such as end-to-end process diagrams, process hierarchy, and improvements to the review and approval cycle. Additionally, we have made significant progress in improving the user experience when creating/editing processes and viewing risks, controls, policies, and regulations associated with processes. Enhanced Customer Service: Dedicated Account Directors and Managers
At Holocentric, we value our customer relationships and always strive to improve our engagement model. To achieve this, we recently trialed dedicated Account Directors and Account Managers for each of our customer organizations, which has been an immediate success. This model has provided us and our customers with greater opportunities to listen, be heard, and collaborate with one another. As a result, we are committed to a full rollout and improving on this model to enhance customer experience.

Therefore, we are refreshing our support portal to provide an updated and expanded knowledge base and enriched content. Additionally, we are reviewing our training offerings based on feedback from our customers about content, duration, and pricing. We intend to provide more flexibility and options to help our users become confident in using our tools.
