Problem
The LGA identified process maturity as a key strategic goal and defined a roadmap to develop process management capability, focused on simplification, standardisation, and visible ownership of operational processes.

Solution
Responding to the LGA’s desire to start small, focusing on engaging and developing people, and delivering wins iteratively, Holocentric provided a software agreement that corresponded to its growth plans, and enabled the LGA to invest in critical implementation resources in the early stages of its program.
